These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of wearenivie.com and your purchase of products offered by Enivie. By accessing or using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

Enivie reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective when posted to this website unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Eligibility & account security

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from Enivie. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please contact Customer Care promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.

Product information

All product descriptions, images, colors, measurements and other information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Because displays and devices vary, we cannot guarantee that colors shown on your screen will exactly match the physical product.

Orders & acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. Enivie reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues or product unavailability.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time your order is submitted and is processed by our payment service providers; Enivie does not store full payment card details.

International orders ship DDP (delivered duty paid) — applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so nothing further is payable on delivery.

Promotions & discount codes

Promotional and discount codes are issued at Enivie's discretion, may be limited in time or quantity, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless expressly stated. Enivie may withdraw or amend a promotion, or decline a code, where it has been obtained or used in a manner we reasonably consider improper.

Gift cards

Gift cards may be redeemed against eligible purchases on wearenivie.com. Gift cards are not reloadable, cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law, and are not replaceable if lost or used without authorisation. Any remaining balance stays on the gift card.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and begin once your order leaves our studio. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provide. Full details are set out on our Shipping & Returns page.

Returns & refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with original packaging. Underwear is final sale for hygiene reasons except where the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, or where required by applicable law. Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is set out on the Shipping & Returns page and forms part of these Terms.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation or security, scraping or harvesting data, submitting false or fraudulent orders, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party services

This website relies on third-party services, including payment processing, shipping, analytics and customer-support tools, and may link to third-party websites. Enivie is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of their services may be governed by their own terms.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, photographs, product designs, graphics, text and other content appearing on wearenivie.com are owned by or licensed to Enivie and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Disclaimers & warranties

Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enivie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our products.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Enivie harmless from claims, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The selling entity is Enivie LLC, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law entitles you to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

Consumer rights

These Terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
