Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unwashed, unworn pieces with original tags for a full refund to your original payment method.
Underwear and intimates are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty. Sale items are final sale.
Exchanges for a different size or colour are always complimentary — email care@enivie.com and we'll take care of it.

All international orders ship DDP — duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
